I just repaired an old JV3-130SL and it is printing ok (all nozzles are firing) but the output looks “pale” when I try to print vector graphics. This is less noticeable in photos. I am using Wasatch Softrip 5.1.6 printing at 8 pass because at 4 passes prints even paler.
This model has only two printheads (KM, YC), and I wonder if the profiles I am using belong to a CMYKcm printer or to the double printhead model.
So, to be certain I am looking for a good profile for gloss white vinyl. I searched in Mimaki site (Japan) and found no reference to the SL model.
Can someone give me some directions?
