JV3-160S Cleaning cartridge question

I have a JV3-160S, 3 head 6 colour printer which I will be running CMYK only.
I notice you can install cleaning cartridges in two of the slots on the JV3-160SP 4 head 8 colour machines making it CMYKlClM and 2 cleaning cartridges.
Thus keeping the right hand head clean.
Can I do this on my 3 head machine? Making it CMYK and 2 cleaning cartridges?

I don't have a lot of experience with running the 3 head machines on the 4 color mode. One thing I do know is that running these print heads without ink in them fries them fairly quickly. Running solution through may help but it is not as good as having ink in the head. Ink acts as a coolant for the head. If the head gets a signal to fire, it heats up. No ink, no cool down.

I will be running this machine as in four colour only so in reality the only time the heads will fire is for cleaning and testing purposes.
