I'm setting up used plotter JV3-160SP for my first time. During initial loading of ink everything was fine until It gave me the !Heater warning. I push heater button and get the warning

Manual says to call service rep but am trying to avoid flying him in from out of state.
I made sure both fans and take up roll are plugged in. I checked the 2 green fuses at the back and they seem to be okay too.
Is there a way maybe to disable heaters to print without heat?
I am very new to this and will appreciate any help I could get.
the boss just got this last week and I need to get it up and running soon. Hopefully on my own without spending a lot on flying a rep in.
