JV3-160SP Yellow head printing full open

So we've replaced all four heads on our JV3-160SP trying to resurrect her from the dead. Got ink flowing but then this happened with a test print.

Anyone know what the problem could be? The yellow is firing at full blast—even off the page.

Replacing the slider board did the trick. Upon closer inspection of the older board, noticed some areas that had burned out.
