JV3-75spii Wont Print

Hey guys just picked this printer up cleaned it all out someone let it sit. I cleaned all the heads recovered 3 put a new one in. Got it all running did a few test draws to make sure I got all the ink into the dampers. Now it wont do a test draw or print. Just stopped any ideas?

hope it's not doing the ghost printing thing. that is jv3 cancer. i'd read these two threads to see what should have worked if it is the same issue.
