I had message limitCCMMYYKK for a while and now when i turn my printer on i got local CCMMYYK. I have tried to reinsert cartridges and to reset them since there are 2 reseters for each set of CMYK but nothing happens. What can I do about this, My assumption is that chips are expired(i dont know if thats possible, since this is bulk ink system with reseters). Is there something I can do to get it to print

Your problem is very common on this days with some type of reseters 
The problem is that some chip reseters manufacturers are making their chips based in mimaki original chips, and the expire date of original source chip was 6-3-2013..
now you must roolback internal date of printer or buy new chips.
