JV3 De-commission

Anyone know the proper way to shut down a JV3..We have 2 and since we got out Flatbed I've only been using one. I want to shut one down and keep it for parts..

Run a head wash but don't replace the ink at that step (so the lines will all be clear, heads will be clean). Shut it down. Remove the heads, fill with head replacement fluid for long-term storage (or they will dry up). It helps if you have some of the black plastic cases they ship new heads in so you can put the old heads in those and restaple them shut to store.
