JV3- DX4 Heads

Just a heads up,

I had a couple of DX4 heads that were completely clogged, and my tech told me just to toss them, but instead I sent them to a company here in chicago and they recovered them 100%, reinstalled them into my Mimaki JV3-160sp yesterday and now my printer is printing like it was 5 years ago on day one. Best part about it, it only cost me 170 per head.

how old were the heads? i'd like to think every head is recoverable, but the nature of the hardware leads me to believe that they do degrade over the use of xx billion fires and amount of ultrasonic cleaning can recover.

do you have contact info for that company? hopefully I won't have to use them, but I am about to bring a JV3 out of storage...

one was just about 3 years old and the other one was 5 years old, the 5yr one was when I bought my printer and was running double CMYK then switched to 6 color and didn't use the 4th head in over 2 years I left in the machine.
