IIRC Error 10 means that there is data still in the workstation going down to the printer or in the printer from the previous job.
Cancel the job on the RIP.
Then this can be cleared either by going into local mode on the printer and pressing the 'clear data' button or letting the machine print whatever its holding onto.
If its was a big job then you may have to go back to Remote -> local -> Clear data several times before it goes completely.
I have a feeling that you may also get this error if there is a missmatch between the RIP settings and the settings held in whichever job 'Type' you are using on the printer.
