JV3 not printing

Last week I was getting "set cartridge" and I want to thank "VanderJ" and "Mike Pro" for their suggestions. Now my JV3 is working but not printing. When trying a test print the head moves like it should but nothing comes out. I am waiting for the tech but in the meantime can anyone give me helpful suggestions? Thank you

Thanks for the shout out. After you did the head wash did the ink fill properly to the dampers and head?

How would I know? I am a decent operator but not so good when it comes to the mechanical side but willing to learn and give it a try.
