JV300 130Plus Problems

Since the day I've bought this problem in August of last year I've had issues with this printer

Here's my issue/s

While printing the head will gradually hit the capping station harder and harder till it goes into either Y current overload or Y motor overload
the problem was so bad that the Y motor seized, I replaced the motor this spring thinking it was the motor itself the problem, but no!
The problem is still there, It does not do it all the time though, It might be fine for a few weeks , then suddenly it will come back, sometimes for days
and I cant produce anymore it will print a foot and start smashing itself in the capping station again, Ive bought the service manual for the regular JV300 (cant find the plus version)
I followed all the directions for the both errors and it comes back to the EPL2 Main PCB and its the only part Ive not changed or checked.

Could it be something else... any ideas?

Im so fed up Im thinking about buying a new printer all together, the selling dealer while quite helpful at the initial purchase... as given up as fast as my warranty

any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated

I figured out the problem the belt tension and alignment on the Y motor was the problem

1st problem belt tension was too tight
2nd problem was belt was too low on the pulley, adjusted the belt on the upper half of the pulley

Hope it helps if anybody encounters the same problem
