Hi All, just signed up to this forum, looks great with lots of info to troll through.
I have an issue when I go to weigh an ink cartridge and then enter the weight the printer displays the correct cartridge on the first line of the lcd display but the number in brackets on the second line is different. I believe this number should correspond to the number of cartridge that i am weighing? Can someone please confirm this?
Has anyone else ever heard of an issue like this?
I have had the printer for 2 1/2 years now and never had a serious issue until the mimaki technician visited just over a week ago.
Any info on this situation would be appreciated. Thanks.
