jv33-160 freezing during cleaning standby mode

Hi everybody.
I'm from Italy (sorry for my bad english :Oops: )

I've a question about my Mimaki jv33-160.

From about 4/6 days, when the mimaki is stand-by, during the cleaning into the stand-by mode, it freezing, and no operation are available. (the display show "please wait" message, and all keys that I press, nothing happens...)
In fact, I found the mimaki into this status every morning, when I came in the office....

No operation is permitted. To exit from this "freezing" status, I should press the general power button, or open the cover. In this last case the mimaki automatically power-off.

Have you seen this problem yet? There is a solution?

It sounds like you need to update the firmware.

You can do it or have your tech do it.

Thank's. But it's very strange that before 5 days ago the problem never been appears.

I'm from venezuela, and I'm experience the same thing but not not every day, is the firmware update the only way to solve this problem??
