JV33-160 won't power on

We had a issue with our JV33-160 , after we change the damper tonight. When the printer back to home position , the screen shows a “ voltage error” then we powered off the printer , but we can’t power it on after that. After the main power the turned on , I can see the green light on the power switch , but after push the switch , it won’t power on at all.


Could you guys give me some suggestion about fix it ?

and any recommendation for a good technician around Dallas area ?

You have probably moved the head cables when replacing the damper.
Reseat the cables and try again.

Or whilst changing the damper you have managed to drop a little ink on the head cable plug and shorted something out.
