I need to convert my JV33 from 4c to 6c - something I have done in the past, however I have been told than it is only possible to do this a fixed number of times.
I would like to have a backup plan and thought this if I could re install the firmware to would reset the machine allowing me to change back to 4c
Three questions;

- Will re installing the firmware reset the printer
- Please can anyone let me have copies of firmware v4.6 (and higher)?
