JV33 Issues?

In the middle of a banner job light magenta went out. Perfomed everyhting from nozzle wash to cleaning capping station and area around head to make sure it made a good seal, Custody wash and just about eveything else I could think of and nothing! I run print test and light magenta still not working. I also noticed whites are not printing either. Checked dampers white looked like they have build up, light magenta ok but no ink in lines to damper? Do Jv33 have just one pump? Before I start removing panels does anybody know where pump/s are located on JV33 160. Any help and suggestions will greatly be appreciated.

pump is under the capping station..... remove the black panel with 5 screws to the right of the front media lever...

you may need new dampers... what are the ink levels at?
