Hi,
Recently I replaced new dx5 print head in jv33 bs fw ver is 3.2 and set the bulk ink system which is brought from chine it ran well, after 2months magenta both rows are getting blockage for this i checked with dampers and cap assy capping adjusted then checked with new ink still it is giving blockage
I recovered magenta rows test draw showing very well there is no blockage, if i press remote key while printing carriage will hold then again press the same key print will start but magenta both rows are blocked help me , i have no idea about this problem
