JV33 not spraying ink

My head will move left-to-right, feed the sheeting etc. Everything is normal except NO ink will come out.
I did several hard cleanings and pump tube washes with no result. Yesterday, I did a 24 hour head soak. This morning, I turn my machine on and do another hard cleaning. Run a test draw, and I have a full section of black!
That makes me think I don't need to replace the head, it just needs to be flushed(I hope). So right now, I am running a 99 minute nozzle wash(hopefully the soaking broke some of it up) and I am going to run another test draw.
Any advice guys?
If it doesn't work, I thought getting it sent off to be cleaned by professionals. Anybody got reviews for places that do that?

You're on the right track. The head is definitely clogged and the only thing that is going to free it is head soaks, cleanings and flushing. You could try to get it professionally cleaned but in my experience, they don't do any better than manually flushing with a syringe. Both ways have about a 50% chance of recovering the head. It all depends on how old it is and what kind of ink you are using. Harsher inks will be harder to clean. Older heads can have physical damage that is not fixable. It sounds like you head just sat for too long.

1. can print out the nozzle test? If can ,please upload it.
2. you can check the head cables, if they are not folded or any ink on the connection, which will not be admited.
3.the head is new head ?
4.consider the headboard problem.

I just took the cover off the head and the only lines that have ink is one black one. The rest is nothing. That's after everything and the 99 min nozzle wash. I am thinking about taking the lines off the dampers and trying to suck ink to it but idk how that would work out. I tried to pull up a video but it sucked. What do you think?
I also considered doing another 99 minute and as soon as it gets done, do a hard cleaning and an immediate ink fill up.

I took a couple pics of the test draw and my ink going to the head, but when I hit upload nothing happens

I just did a long nozzle wash and then did a ink fill up. I saw ink coming. Did a test print and my cyan and yellow are back 100%. My black and magenta were both missing a bar or two. I am doing a 30 minute nozzle and I should be in business!
