Need Help KALA MISTRAL _ ARKANE _ CODE L08

Hi Everybody,

Anybody have this laminator? I need to know what I can do to keep this machine from shutting down randomly. I get an error code on the pinch roller height display screen - L08

I googled it and can't find anything. I looked through the manual and can't find anything.

L08 if I’m not wrong is the heater, fuse or its triac.

All the error codes I show start with E. E08 is the heater triac. You would also get this error if the heater isn't installed.

Also getting this code L08 on Kala Arkane.
It has 2 pinch roller motors on either side. The one motor does not come on.
Have replaced the motor and happens again. Has anybody experienced the same as i have also send Kala a mail but no reply. Have to go through the agent but agent also clueless as they always refer all problems to Kala before they reply
