Lately I've been having some issues with my print not drying in one area the length of the print. It's like a cold spot about 6" wide in the curing element. I checked it with my temp gun and the area was temping 160 deg and the rest 220 as I had set in the profile. It isn't giving any codes on the printer. I thought there were several elements and maybe I could replace one but the tech told me it was one long element. Anyone had this issue before?

That element went out in two of our three units at 60k sq/ft like clockwork. The third isnt there yet, but Im expecting it to do the same.
It was $2200 to replace. If you havent done so already, I would purchase the extended warranty. We learned our lesson and now all our machines stay in warranty for this very reason.
