Hi
I am new user.... after googling around it appears to be
15.03:00 - Drying system temperature too high

Really?

I am using the 3M IJ 40-10 in the UK on Onyx

second time i had this in a few days of owning it, do u think the profile is set too high or do u think i have an issue with the machine?

is it regular message?

We have had ours for 7 months. Grimco rep was by a few days ago and lowered all of the max temps on our profiles by 10%. Said they found that they were all set slightly too high. We have not noticed any adverse affects. Turn it down a bit.

Where do you get the error code, RIP or printer?

What is your Minimum drying power set at?

How many passes?

i shall switch in the printer shortly, see it what if it is going to work.

this is my 4th time in 2 days since owning it... from comments above i am thinking that I am only getting this error

15.3 Excessive heat in the drying module. Check that all fans are working and unblocked. If the
problem persists, call your service representative.
