L25500 error message 14.10:00

Hi,

we have a problem with our old L25500. sometime we get errer 14.10:00.
After this error we reboot the printer and print again. Most times it works.
What can i do?

When do you get the error, is it while you are printing specific colors or longer runs?

if i print dark colors. The error appers after printing about 1 meter. If i set a white border of 30cm, it works better. but i cant do this all the time

Its a good possibility that it's your heater

Try to print dark colors in 10 passes and increase the air fklow. I dont think You have any problem with the hardware, is a well known issue when You prints very saturated colors
