L25500 not loading media

Hi everyone.
My L25500 will not load any media. I try auto load and a manual load but I can never get the beep from it.
It seems that I'm doing everything right, but the printer will not recognize any media while loading.

Did someone experience this and what would be the reason.

In case anybody is interested, it was a broken media sensor.
Cheap part but it looks like a pain to replace.

It is not difficult to replace. It is easily accessible from below the loading slot. I would suggest to remove the roller in front of the loading slot, this can be done just with loosing a lever on the right side of that roller.

The sensor is placed on a metal plate with just one screw and can be removed by loosening only one screw. The only thing what is a little bit work is to open the back side to pull the cable from the mainboard.

They could have make that sensor a bit thicker so it does not break that easily.
