Need Help L25500 printing problems

Hello guys i have this printing problems, it goes like fadeing problem but i cant fix , all printheads are good and it goes from left to right or right to left , instead od doing a good fading in color it does it like big steps 8 pass 600 rez on pvc banner, what can i do ?? Iv lost a tone of banner trying to fix it

banner material fail, happens to the best of them. I used to swear by Arlon banner materiel, but i just had two rolls fail me.

True, it was the banner sadly i use banners from my suppliers which is imageperfect, they lack a lot of profiles for l25500 , i will try to change it,
