L25500 Printing Question

Has anyone noticed that their prints are coming up about 1/8" short? I printed a bunch of smaller signs that were nested together and they vary 1/16" to 1/8" short. Does anyone know of any adjustments for this?

I have been playing with the adjustment that fixes the bow in the middle of the print. That has taken quite a few adjustments to get corrected. The adjustments seem to over compensate.

Do you have Optical media advance sensor turn on in both the printer and rip?

Make sure scaling is 100%.

The OMAS was enabled for both the printer and the RIP (Caldera VisualRIP+).

The scaling was 100%. The width was right, just the length was off. The best way I can describe it is it was like there was too much resistance on the vinyl coming off of the roll.
