L25500 Substrate Unload - Not unloading!

I go into the menu, hit substrate unload, then hit OK on unload and nothing happens. What have I messed up? :Oops:

Any ideas?

Also, I can't unload with the substrate feed arrows. It stops just before the substrate comes out. End up having to lift the big blue lever and tug the vinyl out (which it doesn't seem happy to do).

The only thing I can think of right off hand is if your take up real is turned on and that is stopping it. ???

I thought that too, so I made sure it was not enabled, and it says it isn't. Even tried enabling it, then disabling it. Even tried a reboot!

I'm lost.

I Dont even click the load media button, i just feed it myself, and it goes in straight.

oops, i guess i should learn to read.
I have the issue as well sometimes. Just power it off, lift the blue lever, and pull it through.
