L25500 take-up reel

    Did anyone having issue with L25500 take-up reel?
    Mine is not perfectly aligned, it will be slightly skewed after substrate is wind up for certain length. Trying very hard to adjust the stopper on the 2 sides, it didn't help.

    Here is a user group just for that unit, I have heard of issues with the take up reel system and if you dont get any answers let me know and I will get a tech on the phone to troubleshoot it.
