I'm halfway through a big print run of posters.
Loaded a 100m roll of paper - it's heavy.
The roll slammed into place, and an error immediately came up.
I didn't write it down but think it was 01.03
Restarted it and now it goes straight into the 79:04 error every time.
I'm guessing the impact of the heavy roll has dislodged or damaged something.
I've booked a service call but thought I'd put it out there in case anyone else has experienced the same thing.
