L26500 Error code 1.2.1

Hey Guys we are having a reoccurring error code of 1.2.1
The error code states that is a ISS PCA Problem.

The fixes in the service manual say to power down for a few moments and restart, put in new ink cartridges and finally replace PCAs.

We have done everything except the replace PCAs.

Has anyone had this issue and resolved it?

I just did.

had to replace the iss cards.

The tech tells me he has changed a few in last months.

What did you pay for the ISS cards?
