Label Color!!!

Hello! I'm doing some address labels for a friend and I'm having a hard time getting the colors right. I've attached a picture. The problem is with that ribbon in the design, it's either over-saturated, or it's the wrong color.

The ribbon in the top label is PERFECT, but to get it this way, I had to turn the whole label into a .jpg. The problem is that now the rest of the label is fuzzy and no longer crisp. So, how do I get that ribbon to be accurate and the rest of the label crisp at the same time?

Make the resolution of the JPEG file higher?
Or, just rasterize the color-sensitive areas of the file and place them back over the res tin Flexi. (as suggested above)
