Laminate like phototex?

Anyone know of a laminate that looks and feels close or like phototex? Maybe a synthetic fabric with protective qualities.

I wouldn't think you'd find something like that since fabrics and synthetic fabrics wouldn't be able to protect from UV like a laminate.... what are you trying to achieve?
