Laminate - Short Roll

Just had a roll of Avery 1360Z come up short - approx 30 to 40 ft.
Has anyone seen anything like this?

I have before. Not with Avery but with 3M. I bought 5 rolls and I could immediately tell something wasn't right just by the weight of each box. So of course I weighed them and each roll had different a different linear footage. Anywhere from 10ft to 40ft.

Guess I better get the scale out.
I will be paying close attention.
