Lamination substrate skew

We are doing some large backlit 1/8" acrylic panels. We will be printing on translucent vinyl. We have used several methods in the past. We've squeegeed on the prints, but with some problems and bubbles. We've also hinged the print and then ran it through our laminator, this has worked well (no bubbles) but.....the print skews after about 4-5ft. We always use an extra bleed of about a 1/2 " on the print while mounting, but the print still gets skewed when running through the laminator. Any ideas on how to run this though the laminator without skewing, or a better option.

Thanks in advance
