after we print a certain posters, we let sit for overnight to cure before laminating.
my question is.... do I need to sit it again (poster) after laminated?

Oh, you again.................

No harm letting it sit again after laminating, but it doesn't need it, unless something is conducted wrong. Then you might get some silvering and he might be referring letting it sit until it goes away.

Yes you should let it sit overnight so the adhesives can cure.
