Okay, I think we're all barking up the wrong tree here, cause of not having the actual components up front. While the OP is trying to protect them by changing words around, the real problem seems to be the filing of fictitious names. Whichever name was filed first, if a business and what they do closely resemble another, the first one registered can keep the name and the second would either hafta change or cease to exist. Nothing really to do with trademark or copyright laws. Just a name choice or choice or words.
