Anyone got a source for large 24", 36", 48" easel backs made out of thicker material than what Uline offers? Yet another instance wherean onsite cutter/router would come in handy...

Well... its a toss up between the $100,000 for a cutter or go ahead and get a Ferrari

What kind of quantities of these are you looking for?

We can cut on our Zund. We usually make them out of coro for standees and such..

I only need like 25 of the 32". The issue is that the ones I get from Uline are on .040 chipboard and its just too flimsy. E-flute corrugated would be good.

Lineco makes them in a 30" size from 75 point board. I think all of U-line's are 40 point or lower.

Any possibility you could glue two together for the added strength?
Might be a quick cost effective resolution to your current situation.

This is who we use. We do a large project that requires 1000 36" double wing easels every January and they are very quick.
