large format film provider

i need to have a film positive imageset/output for screen printing, and my last supplier must now be out of business (phone calls are unanswered, email undeliverable, yet website is up... odd). size will be approximately 72" x 48" 1 color halftone gradient (file to be provided) w 45 line screen elliptical dot pattern RREU.

know of any providers?
