Large Panel Lettering Install Suggestions Please

Just looking to get some advise on getting this installed on to a large industrial shed. Its large like 5 meters each section cut letting out of ACM. We initially thought a template out of backing paper but given the length this is proving hard to handle once its weeded to handle.
We will be working from height. I am sure there is a better way to get this on the wall just looking to see how you guys might tackle it ?

You could try using reinforced transfer films; they can make it easier to apply large graphics

We use Tyvek patterns on large or long patterns. Highly tear resistant and waterproof.

We often just use our drops from the sheet and tape them on the wall and then just use that as the template for space and leveling.

We use sheets of cardboard to make a template out of. CNC the letters out.

Are you cutting this out of vinyl or ACM? If ACM, we make a 2" aluminum "U" channel that frame and paint it to match the wall color and mount the letters onto the frame. You will see sections of the frame do to shadows but still looks great and much easier install. Sell them that there won't be 10,000 in your wall if you each letter. If you doing vinyl good luck.

I like the 'mount letters on a blue frame' idea....just do it in convenient 8' long sections or whatever works.
If you MUST mount individual ACM letters on the wall, then your pattern can be a simple roll of tape on the baseline, with marks to register each letter to. Obviously round letters need extra reference points.
After screwing or gluing your letters in place, you peel the tape ( don't trap it under the letter....this seldom happens on the typical wall!)
