Large plastic buttons/rivets on box truck.

Anyone know how the large plastic button type fasteners come off of the side of a box truck? Don't have a pic right now but it is the type that is maybe the size of a quarter and sticks up maybe 1/4" and slightly squared off at the top as opposed to rounded like a rivet. This is a used Budget box van and I didn't look to see how they were fastened.

An allen accessible from the inside of the box? I almost think that the inside walls are lined with wood but can't remember. This was one of their rental trucks.

They're fastener covers for stuff that's mounted inside the truck - beit shelves, racks and/or Etrack. if you're not comfortable going over them or cutting them out by hand make a punch out of pipe from a hardware store.
