I found their facebook page. They say if they will send out free balloons to the first 44 fans. That was back on September 24th. They only have 30.

Yes, and the 44 will receive their ballons when 15.000 have joined! I think I'll receive my free balloons in the year 3000 at this rate. Oh well..
