Need Help Latex 310 Error 16.41:10

We've been getting error code 16.13:10 for a few weeks now. We would restart the printer and it could be fine for a week and then pop up again. Yesterday we got the same code, so we took the front cover off and cleaned the dust out of the fans with canned air. There was A LOT in there. After we put the front back on and restarted the printer it would boot up fine. If you send something to print it sounds like a jet is about to take off and gives us error 16.41.10. Does anyone have any ideas what is going on?

16.13:10 is an error on the temperature sensor in heating element 3. 16.14:10 is an error on temperature sensor in heating element 4. The heating element closest to the screen is 1 and 4 would be the one furthest away from the screen. It could be something as simple as they got unplugged when you opened it up to clean it out. It could also be bad sensors, bad cables or the Curing control PCA is going bad.

16.13.10 is heating element 3 but chris switched two numbers on your second code. A 16.14.10 is heating module 4. but your code is a 16.41.10 and that is a curing resistor 1.

Great post! Thanks so much. That explains a lot. We didn't get a reading on the 1st module so we know where to go next.

if the article was useful please give back your kind review or commend under. It would help other peoples to benefit from an article too. Thanks in advance.

Hp 360 has 8 curing modules? As much as the fans showing?

Those are air curtain fans to prevent condensation and to protect operator in front of the printer. 2 fans for 1 heater inside the curing module.

So despite these 8 fans there are 8 more fans inside the curing unit?
