Do printhead alingment and check that the material is not lifting up during printing. If it is lifting up add more vacuum.
If you have already done that add more Optimizer in the profile.
Also if this is on the side of the print, try adding Color bars to both sides and see if that helps. Ultimately if all of this is done and your printheads have seen a fair amount of use, replace.
