Latex 360 not cutting

The option to cut the substrate on my latex 360 is grayed out, I didn't change anything with the settings. The only option I can find is to run a test cut which it passes..not sure what else to do to fix it.

I can't find it on the settings, I checked under front panel options and don't see it

"Finishing for cutting" is off but when I turned it on it didn't make a difference.
