Hi, I'm printing on a sihl material, specifically briteline roll up 360. I am using the recommendated profile. I'm getting a lot of ink spread on this design, what can I do to fix it ? Does my optimizer need replacing ?

I replaced my LCLM printed head a month ago, in Monday this week it was causing streaking in my prints. I replaced it again, now it's Friday and the same thing is happening with the brand new print head. Not sure what I can do to fix this other than having a tech come. Any ideas ?

The option to cut the substrate on my latex 360 is grayed out, I didn't change anything with the settings. The only option I can find is to run a test cut which it passes..not sure what else to do to fix it.
