Leather effect for large banner.

We have a client who needs a very large banner, 99" x 76". They sell horses and want a leather-look background. I would normally use Photoshop's textures to create a leather effect, but this banner is too large and the texture effect is too small. I'm planning on 100-150 dpi for this image. Can anyone give me some tips to create this?

Here's a link to 53 leather seamless texture tile fills at ExpressClipart.com that may be suitable for your needs. Any of them may be used to create as large a fill as you may need by tiling them.
