LEC-330 Yellow head not so good even after a few deep cleans

Hi All

Ive cleaned the head at least 5 x times and also left on a damp tissue overnight etc and done at least 5 x powerful cleans but the head is still bad


Does anyone know by looking at the attached Image

does it need replaced? Or calibrated? or more deep cleans, or the head removed and cleaned in a head cleaning machine?

Is it 1 or 2 heads that need replaced?

1 head, the 3rd one.

These are a cramped work space and the ink makes the manifold nipples brittle, so you do risk damaging the head next to it to the left replacing it if you do not know what you’re doing, he that a damper or head replacement. If head 4 (black) is working fine, your pump is okay, they share the same pump.
