LED CONVERSION for light box

Hey Guys,
I have a shopping mall that wants to convert their old flourescent light boxes to LED.
Anyone know the best way to do that?
Is there a kit available?
How about light placement. Is there a a special way to avoid hot sports or uneven lighting?

BOXES ARE 48"w x69"T
And made of steel with Fluorescent vertical tubes

One power supply will drive 100 pods.

take all bulbs out clean back of sign and start running rows with them maybe spacing them 10" apart until you get to end of back. place pwoer supply near electrical source and run your low gauge wire from end of light back to power suplly
