LED temperature signage?

Do you guys know of a good manufacturer for outdoor LED temperature signs?

I have a customer that wants a sign that will display the temperature on the outside of his building. I told him I don't have any experience with this, but he likes me and is making this well worth my time to figure out. He's basically wanting a back-lit type box that displays the temperature to the public in approximately 8" or larger letters. Preferably in blue LEDs, but it's not a deal breaker.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! My searching abilities seem to be failing me on this.
