Need Help Ledco SignMaster Repair

My Ledco SignMaster has some kind of electrical or board problem. All I can get it to do is occasionally get the rollers lurch forward. Anyone know what the problem is or know a reliable laminator repairman in the SoCal area?

Are you sure you don't have any safety switches on the device. I haven't used a ledco so I don't know for sure. But alot of them have little safety switches where the table goes down and the side covers connect. If one of the safety toggles was not working it wouldn't let you use your machine.
