lef2 200 printing off.

i use an lef2 200 to print on tego tiles . but no matter what it keeps printing off.
an mechanic has come and set the zero point agein and stil it prints off, installes the profiles again same .
wether i print on tiles on a thin lego baseplate or on a bigger thicker plate it keeps going off. on larger dibond it goed fine but then again if it prints a mm off yo wont notice it. but the smaller you print it shows more . what more can i do
